Chef Vikram Garg Unveils New Open-Air Dining Experience ‘TERNS’ at Halepuna in Waikiki

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – The terrace at Halepuna Waikiki has been reimagined as an open-air social hub with the launch of TERNS, a new dining experience created by Chef Vikram Garg. Named after the Manu-o-Ku—symbolizing peace and exploration—the venue features a menu that embraces both contemporary American dishes and international culinary influences.

Diners can enjoy an array of shareable plates, from Hamachi ceviche to beef tartare and ahi poke with crispy pani puri. The offerings also include naan bread pizzas and hearty entrees like loco moco, fish & chips, and udon Bolognese. Additionally, guests can savor Indian curries from Garg’s latest venture, Masala Maya, while dining on the terrace. TERNS operates Wednesday through Sunday, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., with validated self-parking and valet services available.
